Based in Inverness, the heart of the Scottish Highlands, Caintech Ltd are specialist Land and Spatial Surveyors and Construction Setting Out engineers.
First incorporated in July 1989, Caintech Ltd worked solely within the offshore Oil sector until May 2005 when we expanded into Construction, Land and Hydrographic surveying. Currently, the company utilises Topcon, Trimble, Leica, Norbit, Ohmex, DJI and Sensefly Survey Equipment.
We have found that this equipment provides constant reliability and with the assistance of the manufacturers local service teams, has excellent support that ensures minimal downtime.
The company, currently operating with over twenty-five staff members, are involved in a number of different aspects linked to the engineering industry.

Tanera Mor, Summer Isles
Caintech have been involved in providing foul and surface water drainage design information to support planning and building warrant applications relating to a number of various building developments on the island of Tanera Mor.
